bump file to latest. no major changes to config.h, but had to add an additional file to gen.lua

Thanks! I applied with a couple tweaks:

The current source file list wrapping is done so that it matched the upstream src/Makefile.am so that it is easier to compare visually for updates. I retained this wrapping.
I regenerated magic.txt, using the commented vis command at the top.
