Update favicon #57

Hey @kaja-osojnik, based on https://app.clickup.com/t/8694b43ju we need to align favicon across apps

FYI for docs.oasis.io I prepared a favicon which supports theming (appears blue on white themes and white on dark themes): https://github.com/oasisprotocol/docs/blob/main/static/img/favicon.svg

Maybe we should use this instead?

For consistency I would suggest to stick with the one we've got for now.
