Fall back rule for line clamp for old safari version. #75

Added a maximum height as a fallback to the line clamp rule on project card descriptions for layout consistency in older versions of iOS Safari.

Tested and confirmed by Ed, that it shows correctly on Safari 16.6.1 (iphone 11). @matevz can we push this live?
