Make Chrome Web Store screenshots using Playwright #2044

Generate screenshots to upload when we deploy new extension

Command should be run manually every few months to update screenshots. Screenshotting on CI didn't work as it should https://github.com/oasisprotocol/wallet/pull/2043/files :shrug:
