security wise:

google can modify ext wallet
google is threatening to remove ext wallet because we didn't migrate to manifest v3 yet
cloudflare can modify web wallet
other browser extensions can modify web wallet
if oasis gets hacked, hackers can modify web wallet easier
if dns gets hijacked, hackers can modify web wallet
if British Indian Ocean Territory phases out .io domain web wallet loses saved accounts
scammers can link to fake web wallet easier
