REPLACEMENT_PATTERNS_PATH not found on linux #107

In windows the variable REPLACEMENT_PATTERNS_PATH is set in the ide-properties.bat. In linux it is simply not executed as there is no linux script. As this property is declared to be optional it is more like an nice to have.
