create the release incl.

[x] create preview release 3.0.0-alpha1 and stage it to maven central (no vote, no doc changes, just bump, tag, deploy, stage, push). - see #666
[x] consider https://github.com/oasp/my-thai-star/issues/125 for quality assurance
[x] version bumping
[x] vote (cancelled, feedback now via alpha/beta releases upfront)
[x] staging to maven central
[x] merging wiki documentation
[x] releasing wiki documentation
[x] updating website with changelog
