Migration from ng-router to ui-router

It seems that when pull request: https://github.com/oasp/oasp4js/pull/66 is merged, then this issue should be solved (as far as I know the only thing missing was fixing global spinner - https://github.com/kalmuczakm/oasp4js/commit/b20bee8251716253a55de804c98e98a19a098276).
