The license headers of Tradista source code are not correct. Indeed, the headers currently in use should be used when the related project is owned by the Apache Foundation, which is not the case of Tradista.
The aim of the ticket is to change the headers so they become correct headers for a project under Apache 2 license, not owned by the Apache Foundation.
In addition, SPDX will be used so automation of license detection is eased.
