Upgrade to Java v17 #64

Ticket #63 is about upgrading to WildFly 27 Final. Let's upgrade to Java v17 as it is the version recommended by RedHat for WildFly v27. Java v17 is also the last LTS.

Let's first implement ticket #63 (WildFly upgrade) before working on this ticket.

Tradista is now upgraded to Java 17. This ticket will be included in v2.0.0
