Just for now - no, as we use Mercurial repository for our development, not Git one (it's significantly easier for our new developers). Commiting releases there also seems redundant, getting it in the Moodle Plugins Database (MPD) is problem enough on it's own, and MPD wasn't integrated with Github.
For now I see no reason for supporting this repo. Could you suppose one?
I wondered if this repo existed to foster forking on github the way that Moodle also maintains a github repo. I can sympathize with the hassle of integrating changes into a different upstream version control system, though.
For now I don't know about any developing attempts on Preg outside our university, we have external testers but not developers. Nothing to foster (besides, you can get a clone on Google Code, similar to fork to Github).
Any plans to move over to github from Google Code or keep this repo up to date?
