Are you considering adding LTI Dynamic Registration to the library? #155

Just ran into the TAO PHP framework for LTI and was thinking of including it in an app, but we would like to offer dynamic registration from day one. Are you considering it at all? https://www.imsglobal.org/spec/lti-dr/v1p0
