Sometimes, when a test taker starts a delivery, when he is done with Section A, the test runner suddenly brings the test taker to the main test page and marks that he is already making 1st attempt at the test without answering the remaining section.
Why does this happen randomly? How can I debug this error?

Why does this happen randomly? How can I debug this error?
