fix SRC_URI: use https for github #3

Github does not support the unencrypted Git protocol anymore and recommends to use https instead. Here is the announcement: https://github.blog/2021-09-01-improving-git-protocol-security-github/

Yes, noticed it myself lately but haven't found the time yet to fix it. Please fix oatpp_1.2.5.bb as well and I will happily merge it asap!
