Could you please tell us with which other plugin you encountered this bug ? We looked at the fix you made in your fork, but that seems to only work for iOS and Android, which may be a problem for our Windows Phone users.

Very sorry, but I can't think of any that uses wp7 / wp8. I had a quick google for wp7 compatible plugins. Maybe try this syntax: https://github.com/Smile-SA/cordova-plugin-websqldatabase/blob/master/plugin.xml

There was indeed a problem with other plugins in Phonegap. We added your modifications in the config.xml file in 0.2.1, which we just published.
