Referring to "http://php.net/manual/en/reserved.variables.server.php" $_SERVER['HTTPS'] is non-empty value

Is this going to be merged anytime soon? I am about to signup for an oauth.io account, but no updates to the PHP code in over 2 years makes me think that OAuth.io is not too serious about supporting their PHP API.
