Simplified install and removed unneeded notes on how to use namespaces.

Change to PSR-4
Ran PHP-CS-FIXER to standardize code formatting
Fixed exception handling in unit tests
Standardizd unit test file strcutrue + bootstrap
Corrected composer.phar - this still needs a keyword section
Update readme with most simple instructions for installing this library
Added composer.phar to .gitignore
