Add references to VC Presentation specs #118

Add reference to VC presenation specs in section 4 and section 2.2.1

Only adding references to section 4. Adding this in section 2.2.1 will be confusing, even though a QR code is being scanned in these protocols, unlike device code flow, the session does not revert back to the consumption device.
