Fix punctuation, typos and hyphenation

The following operations have been performed:

• Added missing periods after list items (Section 3.1).
• Added "Exploits" in title of Section 3.2 (for consistency with Section 3.1).
• Added "Exploits" in title of Section 3.3 (for consistency with Section 3.1), removed duplicate word "Pattern".
• Fixed mispelled word "authroization" (Section 3.3).
• Aligned hyphenation for "end-users" (with hypen, for consistency with the rest of the document).
• Aligned hyphenation for "short lived" (without hypen, for consistency with the rest of the document).
• Added missing parenthesis in Section 5.1.6.
• Added missing verb in Section 5.1.13.
