Distinguish between issuance and presentation schemas #237

Since a holder is interested in receiving a valid credential, and a verifier a valid presentation of a credential, perhaps the cardinality of both schemas might be slightly different.

Should we consider introducing a dedicated schema for presentation to reflect changes in cardinality?
