Provide information where a credential can be obtained #248

We should consider adding type metadata that can help a wallet to guide a user to a place where they can have a credential of a specific type issued.

Would this type metadata be different if the same vct was used by multiple different issuers? It might be hard to make this work across issuers since the type metadata is static, right?
