Fixes #112
References the latest HTTP specifications RFC9110 which integrates parts from different RFCs in a coherent document, including RFC7230, RFC7231 and RFC2818.
Removes unused specifications
Run make fix-lint to clean up EOLs

Consider using the standard RFC building docker image used by the httpwg and the httpapiwg since it's continuously maintained and updated ;)

I'm not finding any mention of docker in the httpwg repos or documentation. Do you know where that is documented?
