They have 2 different set of sounds. 1 is sound of every word read alone. 2 is sound of the word in the ayah with the correct tajweed ruling beeing applied on it.
The nr 1 option will be relatively easy for you to add.
The nr 2 option will be very hard, as you :
a. need the position of each tajweed ruling
b. should color it so that people will notice the element.
I've send them an email once, but they did not reply. Then I contacted them on their facebook page about making their site open-source. They told me they would think about it.
Anyway
18078 (wordbyword) sound files here: http://audio.recitequran.com/wbw/arabic/wisam_sharieff/ and
and for tajweed 20787 sound files here: http://audio.recitequran.com/tajweed/wisam_sharieff/
Many thanks. Are the audio files available for public use?
For the colour coding, this will be hard. I can probably show color coded words on mouse over tooltip. Do you know any easy way to do this?
I think you should contact them and gain permission to use them :-) but I don't think they will deny your request as long as the project is non-profit :-)
Well they're using colored images and the overlay html data they get from their server. Since you're using fonts to serve words, I don't it's possible to color parts of it --. You can't copy the positions either as their font is different from yours -- For now I don't know of any easy way to solve this... But the new quran.com site is using fonts like you are, so maybe open an issue in their Github repo and ask if they have any thoughts concerning this ^^
My only thought is you have a button that enable their tajweed pictures :-) Den 12/08/2015 12.31 AM skrev "Omar AL Zabir" notifications@github.com:
