• Understood the definitions of the framework, went into the documentation and studied the details.
• Understood differences between provided functionalities & APIs.
• Watched YouTube introduction videos of the framework to initiate it.
• Downloaded the framework to start the integration and testing phase.

I tried rasa-demo sara bot, with a built in model, basically rasa-demo sara bot is like a framework with a built in model that uses a specific architecture and specific data moving towards becoming a conversational bot, data is simply divided into intents, actions, entities and entities names, each intent has its own data "questions" asked in different ways and answers in different forms so the bot can handle almost every question coming towards it, and the most amazing thing is that it supports context saving basically it keeps following the user original question if the user changed the subject.

More into the bot latest version is not supported on windows so we will preferably work on linux subsystem wsl Ubuntu which supports the latest version 2.8.9.

I studied most of the framework aspects, and it will serve our needs well. Here are just a few examples of the great things it offers:

• APIs to develop different types of bots, including goal-oriented bots.
• Interactive learning. A session that allows us to use the bot, and appends the messages we inserted to our dataset collection.
• Channel connectors to many services including FB Messenger and Slack.
• Integration with a knowledge base.

I read the RASA's doc and discuss with the team the data requirement that fits the RASA methodology, and I shared my research about the framework with the team, I have studied the components of the RASA and the approach that we have to do to gain the maximum benefit from RASA framework. Also, I tried the RASA chatbot on my device. and It worked very well.
