Pick a decent-looking CSS framework that supports LTR and RTL #6

I'm currently thinking of Bulma.

I'd like to use a CSS framework with minimal configuration changes, I just want to use it as is for now. It has to support LTR and RTL (plugins are ok) and switching between them should be easy/straightforward.
