testing ex_pwned separately, i'm not able to get a "true" result for known "bad" accounts.

I did some testing w/ api v2 with my own code and it seems fine. Might look into ex_pwned, or possibly just rewrite the library.

I found a bug in ex_pwned. Submitting a pr to ex_pwned, then will bump version once package is published
