Request for format support: .sfArk #668

I am hoping it might be possible to add support for the .sfArk format, a very 
obscure way of compressing SoundFont (.sf2) files. There's some GPL'ed code at 
https://github.com/raboof/sfArkXTm, but I can't get it to work, and the only 
compiled version I've found is for PowerPC only. I've attached the file I'm 
trying to open.
This is an incredibly specific problem, but if it can be done, it would make my 
day!

Somewhat unlikely, for reasons listed in issue 426. Also, GPL'd code is not 
compatible with The Unarchiver's LGPL license, so it can't be used.
