[Wiki]: Telemetry logic level: GR-12 specs #6

I just looked into my GR-12, it is based on the PIC 24FJ64GA-002. I checked the datasheet of the PIC and except the oscillator pins: OSCO, OSCI, SOSCO, and SOSCI the digital pins are 5V tolerant. To be specific they are tolerant up to 5.5V.

So this is the reason, why it works with the 5V arduino so well.

I recommend to update the Wiki, if you like, I can give you the photo of my opened GR-12 I made along with the link to the datasheet.
