Awesome, that u bring your addon to 1.13.x. Using it since Elysium.

Not sure if, but currently I can not move frames.

If you are talking about UnitFrames, then you can right click them and unlock their position. Then you can move them around and lock them again. This is a default feature for WoW Classic I believe.
