minimap: tracking icon covers mail icon #26

They're both anchored to TOPRIGHT of the Minimap, so the icon covers the mail icon if you have a tracking ability active. (track minerals for example)

this should be fixed in the latest update - i'll refine the position to look more elegant when i get a sec :)
