Bug: Actionbar & Inventory #61

While playing around with the settings I noticed the following bugs:

Exp bar is not skinned when the Actionbar and Exp & Rep Bar options are toggled off
Bagbar glitch when the Inventory option for one bag is toggled off with the BFA Actionbar option enabled.
Actionbuttons are in front of the griffin (which is normal for blizz actionbars). But in Modui for 1.12 they were behind the griffins, which I really liked.

fixed point no. 2 this morning.

1 is intentional (since you're toggling off Exp & Rep Bar skinning in the menu) 3 is a hard one to reintroduce since the mainbar frame is now a single texture rather than separate art pieces for the end caps - maybe i can find a solution at some point. 4 i'll fix tonight

1 Do you mean that it is intentional that the bar indicators of original Exp Bar are not being colored like the rest of the UI? Looked a little odd to me. 3 Ah, didn't know that. I thought it would have been something small like putting the upper actionbars on a layer behind the artwork.
