Cannot support Classic Quest Log and Quest Guru #80

Can't change the color on Quest Panel.

Correct; right now the stock blizzard interface elements and modifications that use those elements are themed. Eventually, plugins can be added and can add support for other add-ons. Also, Classic Quest Log is for 8.x to look like Classic.
