Nameplates only #87

You helped me to use only energy bar feature of your addon, and I wanted to do the same with combo nameplates, but deleteng all the files except name folder and editing .toc file didn't help for some reason Can you please help me to separate nameplates as standalone addon?

I believe I managed to make by keeping aura, castbars, nameplate and unit folders and lines in the .toc file

My first edit wasn't all good, because it removed auras above the nameplates and I had a lua error messages, though not too often So I tried to edit it once again This time I also deleted auras, but kept core and theme Also I had to remove some lines from the theme.lua to remove M options button and keep default UI color and now I believe everything works just fine to me
