Move default options merge to var.lua to make sure it happens before any of the other code tries to access the options
Refactor how child options are added to make ToggleChildButton work without hard coding the name
Add option to hide gryphon buttons
Add support for WideQuestLog and Leatrix_Plus extended QuestLogs

Closes #94 Closes #95
