Cannot find notes under subfolders

I want to use the dirtree plugin of neuron.

If I do gzZ it finds the notes that are inside my subfolders and inserts the link. But when I press enter in the inserted link it opens a new .md file in the root directory and not the note inside the subfolder.

Is there any way neuron.nvim can understand subfolders structure? Do I do something wrong?
