Otherwise, if buffer is re-read for whatever reason, new set of duplicated titles is displayed. The easiest way to trigger this is to do a :e in a zettel.

@oberblastmeister I have a feeling that was the intent all along? I might be missing something though

@oberblastmeister any chance you can take a look shortly? It is one line but should be a good "quality of life" improvement for everybody using the plugin.
