Add graph sorting #132

Adds 3 buttons to the Graphs index and Dashboard pages to sort graphs by name, either ascending or descending or by their ID.

Good stuff. Do you think we should consider adding other sorting types, e.g. by views or age? I think this might be useful, and would also justify moving to a dropdown UI element like we use for the interval.

Views by Age could be useful to us for sure.

This should now have Default, Name, Views and Age sortable both ascending and descending in a drop down.
