Please support no authentication #142

Hi - I have just installed Descartes and so far it looks like a great interface to Graphite. But I wish it didn't require an Auth provider - we run it on our internal network and it's not secret information anyway.

Could you support a null auth provider?

@akvadrako @obfuscurity does not support no authentication.

You should be able to rebase https://github.com/damm/descartes up to a master, or use the same pattern to remove authentication.
