Add a chef cookbook #8

The cookbook installs dusk from GitHub and sets it up as a thin server managed by runit. To test:

cd cookbook
vagrant up

Good stuff. Would you mind maintaining this in a separate repo (e.g. chef-dusk)? I'd rather not include contrib stuff like CM recipes in the main repo.
