Expose abstract types in the UI #25

This adds a label within the reading view so that it's clear which class of abstract (session, workshop or lightning talk) is being reviewed. It also adds a filtering dropdown in the Scores summary view so that you only view one class of abstract at a time (defaults to sessions).
