Different ranges for scoring #3

The default 0-10 scale is ambiguous and doesn't give any objective criteria. A better model might be that of the Wong-Baker FACES Pain Rating Scale.

As I reviewed, I mostly oscillated between two extremes: "yes plz" and "no thnks". Would a simpler +1/-1 work?

I think it could be, but I think all judges of the same event would need to use the same scale. I might just stick with the existing 0-10 scale for the OSS version and opt for a few choices (0-10, Wong-Baker, and :+1:/:-1:) in the hosted version.
