Sortable listing of Abstracts with current personal ranking next to title.
I found that a few times i felt the need to slightly change the rating of
abstracts based on abstracts on a similar or the same topic that
seemed/read better. Would be great to skim through the list after all the
reviewing is done and confirm that they a distributed correctly between the
rating levels.

When viewing the index list, it would be useful for some users to see (and filter out) which abstracts they have/have not already scored. This comes via feedback from Dr. Neil.
