Feel free to laugh at my stupidity, I just want this to work and have no clue how to do anything other than installing a nice and premade .app for me.

I am on an iMac, macOS Monterey V. 12.7.2

I literally just want simple, straightforward, step-by-step instructions on how to install this. Thanks!
