In fuzzy c-means the centroid of a cluster is the mean of all points, weighted by their degree of belonging to the cluster.

c-means is a fuzzy clustering algorithm that assigns a vector of probabilities to each point that corresponds to the liklihood of belonging to one or more clusters.
