NTR: placental blood specimen #1297

Closed johnwjudkins closed 2 years ago

johnwjudkins commented 3 years ago

Definition: A specimen that is derived from placental blood. Equivalent to: (specimen and (is_specified_output_of some 'collecting specimen from organism') and (derives from some (blood and 'located in' some placenta))

If 'part of' is preferred to 'located in', no problem. I was following UBERON's example here: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0012168

Edit: Would it be better to request a 'placental blood' term for UBERON (similar to 'umbilical cord blood')?

Discussed on 2021-03-01. Will NTR to UBERON.

'placental blood' is in UBERON. I'll make a PR.
