Missing subsumption. Think DNA sequencing should be a child of process 'sequencing'. Would make sense to add N-terminal sequencing/Edman degradation and mass spec as additional child terms.

Edman degradation is already there. Asserting Mass spectrometry under sequencing sounds wrong to me, rather rely on defined classes
