There are a bunch of terms that are under process directly, even after inferred.

These seem unequivocally planned processes. Agree?

interpreting data presentation of stimulus protein expression profiling (should be objective-defined) protein-protein interaction detection (should be objective-defined) transcription factor binding site identification (should be objective-defined) validation (should be objective-defined) inter-rater reliability (bad name - submitted ticket)

These I'm not sure, but I think so. You?

nucleic acid hybridization immunization exposure to material in environment acquisition

I'd like to fix this as it makes it easier to do the processual business.

-Alan

Bjoern: Agreed that this should be fixed. I went through them, and 'immunization' is not intended to be planned processes, all the others are.

Asserted as planned processes in 2397. Work still needs to be done to make these be defined in terms of objectives
