AR suggests use has_grain recombinant vector as a design pattern has_grain if lose a few the total doesn't get affected. Not a general pattern, would work here. CS: also need to say that has insert. What does the log def look like - has grain some recombinant vector - is a material entity specified output of some process e.g. library preparation

just adding has_grain recombinant vector should fix this. Already has restriction is specified output of some recombinant vector cloning. recombinant vector already covers those with inserts.

The restriction 'has grain' some 'recombinant vector' has been added to class cDNA library and phage display library.

currently (RC1): cDNA library and phage display library is_a recombinant vector
granularity issue: at best libraries are collection of recombinant vector. Not sure how to address. Assigning to Chris, discussion should probably involve Bjoern.
