albumin free serum #493

Following thread with BIll Hogan working on the analyte assay template in order to allow representation of "ionized calcium assay" and distinguish it from "total calcium assay". The evaluant differs between the 2 assays.

create a defined material class "albumin free serum" output of material separation, possibly add constraint "lacks albumin"

As Bill was mentioning, I am wondering if it is worth creating a specific class for this, instead of just using the restrictions directly - this seems to be a very specific class. No strong opinion, wondering if there are arguments one way or an other?

use has_part only (not albumin)
