bisulfite sequencing (obo:OBI_0000748) should have more specific subclass of "DNA methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing assay" (obo:OBI_0001266) as they are sequencing assay's

change 'DNA methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing assay' and 'DNA methylation profiling by array assay' to defined classes.
